Orange County law enforcement, fire fighters and the local community will come together to raise funds for nonprofit Community Service Programs’ youth shelter programs, continuing Laguna Beach fallen officer Jon Coutchie’s legacy of support. The Halloween-themed fundraiser will feature activities for families including live entertainment, costume parade and contest, a bounce house, candy and games, silent auction and raffle as well as live musical entertainment.

Guests are encouraged to dress in their costumes for the parade and awards. CSP youth shelters are committed to providing care for struggling families and children, strengthening and reunifying families, and assisting at-risk youth to build better futures.
