A reflection on our world heritage and the beauty of the earth and nature.
The Festival Singers of Orange County, led by Artistic Director Gary Toops presents a selection of popular, folk, classical and traditional music in tribute to the earth and nature and a celebration of our world heritage. Among the songs included are This Land is Your Land, Shenandoah, It’s a Small World, Randall Thompson’s The Road Not Taken, John Rutter’s Look at the World and The Banyan Tree by local composer Gene Roberson, in honor of the 150-year-old banyan tree charred by the recent wildfires in Lahaina.
