59th Annual Swallows Day Parade/Mariachis at the Mission

Presented by Mission San Juan Capistrano at Mission San Juan Capistrano

The annual Swallows Day Parade, presented by the San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association, is the largest non-motorized parade in the country. Held right in downtown surrounding the Mission, the Swallows Day Parade is part of the town’s Fiesta de la Golondrinas celebrating the legend of the return of the swallows each year to Mission San Juan Capistrano.

Following the Parade, bring the family to the Mission to enjoy live mariachis! El Mariachi Zacatecas will perform from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Entertainment is free with admission to the Mission.

The mariachis will play in the Front Courtyard from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. and then in the beautiful Mission Central Courtyard from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
