OC Public Libraries invites teens to our first TeenFest Kickoff event at Cypress Library.   Come join us for a tie dye activity, bingo, and snacks.  Teens are welcome to bring their own cotton shirts, bandanas, and other garments to personalize with tie dye designs..

The library will provide tote bags and socks to tie dye while supplies last.
