The Festival Singers, led by Artistic Director Gary Toops with pianist Carol Roman, presents a program of music celebrating America’s rich musical heritage. Stephen Foster, Aaron Copland, Randall Thompson, George Gershwin and Moses Hogan are among the composers represented in the program. The concert features guest soloist Carver Cossey whose repertoire ranges from the classical to spirituals, jazz, Broadway and more.

Mr. Cossey is a singer, conductor, and educator. As both soloist and chorister he has appeared with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Pacific Symphony, Pacific Chorale, Roger Wagner Chorale, Los Angeles Master Chorale, Los Angeles Opera, and the LA Jubilee Singers. He has toured internationally with many of these organizations in addition to performing numerous solo recitals across the United States. Following the concert is a reception with delicious desserts.
