Let ENC Naturalist Chris introduce you to some birdwatching basics! Participants will learn how to use binoculars and learn which types are best suited for birdwatching. Chris will teach you how to read and use a bird field guide to identify different species by their unique physical characteristics. Participants can put their new skills to the test on a birdwatching hike!

All ages welcome, but children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent.

This program is limited to 10 people to avoid alarming the birds, so be sure to register and pay ahead of time if you’d like to attend!
