The public is invited to join us Saturday June 10th, 5-8pm, for the gallery reception with the artists to celebrate the opening of LPAPA's 13th Annual "Best of Plein Air" juried art show. Awards will be announced at 6:30 pm.

The exhibition includes 78 original works of art created by 47 Signature and Artist Members of the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association (LPAPA). Proceeds from the sale of artwork benefits the artists and nonprofit LPAPA's mission to preserve Laguna's plein air painting legacy and tradition.

The five award winning artists will be announced during the June 10th reception, at 6:30 pm. In addition to the five cash prizes to be awarded, the 1st Place award winning artist will receive an invitation to participate in this year's 19th Annual Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational...an invitation to participate in the annual Invitational is highly coveted by the top plein air painters across the nation!

Each month LPAPA presents a new juried art exhibition at its “LPAPA in Residence” gallery located at the Forest & Ocean Gallery in Laguna Beach. The gallery creates opportunities for our regional, national and international artist members to show their work in our thriving art colony...established by plein air artists 100+ years ago!  The gallery also provides the opportunity for nonprofit LPAPA to connect with our community, supporters and art lovers.
