The Newport Beach Art Exhibition features hundreds of one-of-a-kind original art piece in the one-day show which gives the community the opportunity to view and purchase art from talented local artists as well as artists from various parts of California and a few from other states. A percentage of the sales will go towards funding community art programs.  Paintings, mixed media, sculpture and photography will be for sale and attendees will be able to mingle with the artists and enjoy a festive atmosphere of music, art demonstrations, food and wine.

In addition to the art on display, the Friends of the Library will be presenting its annual Art Book Sale.  Attendees are encouraged to take a tour of the Sculpture Exhibition and the Cows4Camp exhibit in the adjacent Civic Center Park. There will also be an opportunity to bid on the cow sculptures, which are unique works of art, in a silent auction hosted by Cows4Camp.com

At 4:30 p.m. in the Civic Center Community Room, City Council and City Arts Commission members will present artists with awards for the 53rd Newport Beach Art Exhibition.  Admission is free.  Free parking is available in the Civic Center parking structure and the Central Library parking lot.
