Spooky Early Animation Studio: Phenakistiscopes, Zoetropes, and Thaumatropes
Join artist Lynne Okimura at Kidseum and learn how to draw animated cycles and discover how these early animation devices are created. Visitors can make their choice of one or more of these devices to bring ghosts, jack-o-lanterns, and all creepy creations imaginable to life. This is a drop in workshop and families are recommend to join at any time, however there is a 40 person limit and arriving at 10 am is recommended.
Ticket Info: Included with Kidseum admission of $10 for everyone over age 2; FREE for Bowers Museum members and Santa Ana residents.
