Born in Los Angeles to Estonian immigrants in 1960, Kostabi grew up in Whittier and studied fine arts at California State University, Fullerton.  In 1988 at New York, he founded Kostabi World and his works feature faceless figures in surreal settings.  Meet the artist at the public art reception in the gallery and consume fine appetizers sponsored by Divoon Dining and prepared by Chef Gene Gerrard.
