Join us for one of our most popular Summer events, the Annual Amateur Rose Show. Enter our contest by bringing in your rose entries to Roger’s Gardens between 9 AM and 11 AM. Judging starts at 11AM. Winners will be announced at approximately 12 PM. Rosarians and staff will be on-hand to assist you. It’s easy, just cut a few of your favorite and best roses from your garden and bring them into the store, we will provide the vases and do the rest of the work. If you know the name of the rose, bring that as well. Roses will be divided into four divisions: Hybrid Tea or Grandiflora’s; Floribundas and Polyanthas; English Roses, Shrub Roses and Old Garden Roses; and Miniature Roses. Exhibitors may enter as many roses as they wish, but only one rose of each variety. First, second and third place will be selected in each division with over $1,000 in awards.
