Join expert horticulturist, David Rizzo, as he shows how to plant a bountiful edible garden using raised beds and planters. This presentation will cover how to prepare your soil, what types of delectable edibles are appropriate for planting this time of year and how to care for them throughout the growing season. There will be particular emphasis on customer favorites like tomatoes and herbs as well as some of David’s personal favorite things to grow in the garden. David will be looking for audience volunteers to assist him in planting so come prepared to get your hands dirty.
