Jazz pianist and composer Billy Childs remains one of the most diverse and acclaimed artists working in music today. A three time Grammy winner and recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, Childs is an inventive composer and arranger whose performances consistently expand the dimensions of the jazz genre. Childs’ program includes pieces from his new album of the same name and will be joined by guest vocalists to be announced later. The evening will include Laura Nyro’s vast catalogue of songs made famous by many artists including Barbra Streisand; The 5th Dimension; Patti LaBelle; and Blood, Sweat & Tears.
