Visitors from as far away as Australia see thousands of lights on boats, decks, docks and homes, plus incredible animation. The Cruise of Lights® has been called "the most spectacular holiday light show on water. Sponsored by members of the Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committee, the Cruise of Lights® is a holiday tradition that not only provides a taste of holiday cheer but also supports a good cause. Proceeds from the Cruise of Lights® benefit the Philharmonic Society of Orange County’s nationally recognized Youth Programs, which are offered at no charge to all schools—public and private—in Orange County and annually serve more than 160,000 students from kindergarten through high school.

The Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committee is one of 16 committees supporting the Philharmonic Society. Founded in 1954, the Philharmonic Society of Orange County is Orange County’s oldest and most recognized music organization, presenting the world’s most acclaimed symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, performing organizations and artists. A catalyst for cultural and educational development throughout its region, the Philharmonic Society is a key resident company in the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall at Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
