Irvine’s talented young jazz artists own the Barclay stage for a night!
Five high school jazz ensembles from the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) perform on the Barclay stage for one night of dynamic music-making. Join the student musicians from Irvine, Northwood, Portola, University and Woodbridge high schools as they play a variety of jazz standards and share their love and passion for jazz. There might also be a special guest or two who’ll join in on the fun!
For 45 years, IUSD has produced vibrant music programs, enriching the lives of thousands of students.
Performing annually at various student jazz showcases, the IUSD jazz ensemble musicians are recognized for their stellar musicianship and their keen sense of rhythm.
