The ocean is alway moving and changing. Learn the structure of waves, the colors of the ocean, and how to tackle the beach in your foreground and background. Learn to get sparkle in your water. Debra will teach you simple steps to paint the beach, waves & surf with confidence. We will be painting two days inside and one outside (weather permitting).
