Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County’s Change a Life Luncheon, which will highlight the deep need and importance of mentorships in Orange County and how the nonprofit’s program changes lives of at-risk youth for the better, will feature a champagne reception, silent auction, and lunch, as well as honor Angelitos de Oro, a women’s auxiliary that supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and has donated more than $5M to the program since its inception in 1961. Author Rhonda Sciortino will present the keynote address on overcoming adversity to succeed as well as speak on the importance mentorship plays in a youth’s life.
A nonprofit organization that helps youth to realize their potential and build their futures, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County provides over 2,000 children facing adversity with professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships to change their lives for the better.
