Incoming Cultures: Influences & Legacies in the OC

Incoming Cultures: Influences & Legacies in the OC

Presented by Heritage Museum of Orange County (HMOC) at Heritage Museum of Orange County (HMOC)

Hear the migration stories of the OC's multi-ethnic residents as they share their tales of moving from their homeland and of assimation to their new surroundings.  Enjoy the cultural atmosphere as we celebrate the diversity in Orange County through special perfomances, demonstrations, & presentations particular to each community, all brought to Orange County via different modes of transportation!

"Incoming Cultures: Influences & Legacies in the OC" is part of Journey Stories brought to Heritage Museum of Orange County by the Smithsonian Institution & Exhibit Envoy.  Enjoy historic photos, artifacts, and personal accounts from the individuals that make up Journey Stories, the history of the development and evolution of our need as Americans to move and expand - to journey - both physically and psychologically.
