10 weeks in Summer! Let your young artist dive into the creativity and exploration that only art can offer. This camp will provide a social and learning opportunity to work on amazing art projects: drawing, oil painting or sculpting.
Everyone will learn the visual vocabulary that extends beyond our walls and into her or his daily life. The Art Studio provides a positive environment that values the students’ freedom to express him or herself, collaborate with others, and problem solve through creative exploration. Students are encouraged to work at his or her individual skill level. Everyday will reinforce basic drawing skills to build on in addition to completing a project.
We will begin each morning working on our projects, take a break and finish the afternoon at 12:30. Monday will be a live model drawing session. Friday will finish with an art show at noon, with parents and invited guests.
Camp Session Refunds
Full refunds will be allowed for camp sessions that are cancelled by The Art Studio. No refunds will be allowed for a paid camp session; instead, the camp week can be transfered to another session, provided space is available.
