Molly Moen is Vice President of Development and Communications with 17 years of fundraising and nonprofit management experience in the fields of homeless services and public health. Molly is responsible for leading Chrysalis’ overall fundraising and communications efforts, including stewarding relationships with current and potential individual, corporate, and foundation donors, as well as ensuring the continued success and prominence of Butterfly Ball, Chrysalis’ signature $1.8 million fundraising event.

Lisa Dulyea is Director of Development, Orange County for Chrysalis and has over a decade of fundraising, communication, and nonprofit management experience. Lisa is responsible for working with individuals, corporations, and foundations to raise funds and build solid relationships in Orange County.
