National Children’s Health Day is a great time to focus on eating right and being physically active. Pretend City is partnering with two local organizations to help spread the word about important topics in children’s health:
· Dairy Council of California – Healthy eating includes eating a balanced meal which contains all 5 food groups. Join the interactive activity where kids get to choose their healthy 5.
· Fit 2 Be Kids – Children will have fun moving through various physical activity stations and obstacle courses.
