Nothing inspires Romance more than the music of Spain, especially when the played on the magical guitars of the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet. For a very special Valentine’s Day Concert celebration, the Laguna Beach Music Festival presents LAGQ playing some of their most popular Spanish pieces, including “Evening in Granada” by Debussy, Fandango by Boccherini, and their beautiful arrangement of Carmen by Bizet. As a special treat, LAGQ will be joined by a troupe of fabulous dancers, “L.A. Flamenco”, and mesmerizing mezzo-soprano Janelle DeStefano to stage a dramatic production of Manuel de Falla's ballet “El Amor Brujo”.
