The Overstreets New Orleans Jazz Band, Andy Comeau and Dawn Lewis, formed as an alternate smaller act to their Vaud and the Villains orchestra and cabaret show. ONOJB pays homage to New Orleans traditional jazz and derives its name from an acronym style that some of the early New Orleans bands employed. Our deep love for what is now trendily referred to as ‘old timey music’ was the roadmap to the material. Imagine a youthful wildness of heart and a rawness that would have been in the clubs and brothels of Storyville.  So here you have it, timeless music for young and old.
