Vanguard University’s Global Center for Women and Justice will tackle the following questions at its annual conference: What have we done since the Trafficking Victims Protection Act and the UN Palermo Protocol were passed 20 years ago? Are we making progress? What are our biggest challenges? What can you do as community members? Once again the GCWJ is partnering with the Orange County Department of Education to equip educators, policy makers, health care providers, frontline serving professionals, students, parents, community and faith-based leaders to protect and intervene for women and children at high-risk of exploitation and violence.
