Ruben Brandt, Collector opens First Friday Flicks on March 7th
The City of Laguna Beach Arts Commission invites the public to attend Friday Flicks at the Forum a series of FREE film screenings on the first Fridays of February, March and April.
Screenings take place at the Forum Theater at Festival of Arts | Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Films start at 7:00 p.m.
February 7, 2020- Ruben Brandt, Collector (2018) Animated. “Four expert thieves attempt to steal every famous artwork that is haunting their mutual psychotherapist. A detective attempts to find out who the ‘Collector’ is.” Rated R, Runtime 96 min.
March 6, 2020- Faces Places (2017) “Director Agnès Varda and photographer and muralist JR journey through rural France and form an unlikely friendship.” Rated PG, Runtime 94 min.
April 3, 2020- Play Serious (2018) “Filmmaker T.M. Rives follows the trials and tribulations of Alexander Ekman’s process creating his ambitious new work, Play, for the Paris Opera Ballet.” Not rated, Runtime 58 min.
