John Hallberg, a Southern California native, is highly in demand as both a performer and instructor in the Southern California area and ranks among the most esteemed and admired saxophonists of his generation. He has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Sweden, China, Hong Kong, and across the United States. Hallberg’s career has taken him to many of the world’s most prestigious venues, including Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Segerstrom Hall, The Englert Theater, Orange County Performing Arts Center, McCormick Place, Bovard Auditorium, Hong Kong Academy of the Performing Arts Concert Hall, as well as other numerous university campuses around the world. He has performed under the batons of notable conductors such as H. Robert Reynolds, Frank Battisti, Ray Cramer, Carl St.Clair, Larry Rachleff, Richard Heidel, and John Carnahan. Hallberg can be seen and heard on broadcasts of UITV, KUSC, and KCCK.

$10 / $8 Titan price – All orders subject to a $3 processing fee  |  Titan prices for advance sales only (students, senior citizens age 62+, & CSUF staff, faculty, Alumni Association, OLLI, & support group members)  |Regular-priced tickets are sold immediately prior to a performance.

Parking Info

Parking for Performances: Parking on weekends is free starting at 5 pm, Fridays. At all other times, daily permits are required and can be purchased for $10 upon entering the parking structure. Cash is not accepted. Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.
