Life of an Odometer
Narrative
Conrad Holzman, Director, Senior
Max Rogoff, Cinematographer, Senior

After his beloved car with over 220,000 miles of memories breaks down for the last time, Mark reflects on all the things that he and his car went through. Life of an Odometer explores the idea that anything can have some form of sentimental value and it's not until they're gone that you realize what it meant to you. However the film leaves off on an optimistic note, the end of something really is just the start of something new.

Conrad Holzman, Director: I'll be attending Chapman University in the fall studying Film Production with a cinematography emphasis. My passion for cinematography began with a hobby for photography, where I began to learn the basics of visual storytelling. Currently I'm working on starting a production company for freelance work called Split Mocha Productions which I'm hoping to have established by the time my fall semester starts.

Max Rogoff, Cinematographer: Whether they were little home videos or class projects, making movies has been a passion of mine from a young age. Over the years, I've been able to see my interests shift from editing to cinematography, and currently to writing and directing. I intend to continue writing and directing throughout my film career, and can't wait to see what the future has in store!
