Desert Discovery at the Fullerton Arboretum is a free online educational program for elementary school students. With Desert Discovery, your students will learn all about desert plants and their adaptations.

Desert Discovery is free of charge, fully online, and contains -

• Contains interactive videos and engaging quizzes
• Can be used in guided or exploratory classroom settings
• Focuses on the desert plants that grow in local habitats here in Southern California
• Meets 3rd Grade Next Generation Science Standards for life sciences, investigation & experimentation
