A visual tribute to one of the most-loved American stories. Five Orange County artists will display their interpretations of the characters of Oz. From the vintage illustions of Baum's books to the musical "Wicked", the artworks will span a multitude of mediums. This event is our annual kick off to the Halloween season. The staff and curators will be in costume. There will be a costume contest with gift certificates for Laguna Ink Spot & Gallery. Extra points awarded for Oz-themed costumes. Free refreshments. The opening reception will be during First Thursdays Art Walk in Laguna Beach and will remain on display throughout the month.

Laguna Ink Spot & Gallery is a unique art experience for all ages. The resident artists are skilled tattoo artists in addition to being skilled fine artists. A new artist or group is featured each month primarily from Southern California. The gallery shows are curated by Heather Bowling and Kimberly McKinnis of Day Job Projects.
