Are you willing to take a little pain for your art? Has there even been an image so powerful that you’d be willing to commit it to your skin forever? A tattoo represents a permanent pledge to a specific idea, design, or image; and tattoos aren’t just for sailors anymore.

As time has gone on, the tattoos’ popularity has grown and grown. Las Laguna Gallery in Laguna Beach, California asked ink-slingers, photographers, and artists, to submit their works for their Tattoo Flash art exhibition. The result is an incredible compilation of art.  The show features a variety of mediums including photography, pen and ink, graphite, printmaking, oil and acrylic paint, and wood.
