Join us on the Cafe Jardin patio for perfect craft cocktails inspired by fragrant native herbs to learn about the properties and symbolism of these aromatic leaves from our native plant specialist, Erin Aguiar, and watch Chef Pascal Olhats and Chef de Cuisine Jessica Roy demonstrate their unique brand of mixology.  Guests will leave with an exclusive recipe, get hands on with native sage, and learn some new ideas for cocktail hour.
