Sensational Story Time: Today join us in the Orange Plaza at 3 p.m. for the reading of a new book called The Dreaming Tree by Dr. Patricia Riba. This book uses visualization techniques to lull your infant to sleep on a journey to sweet and positive dreams. Dr. Patricia will be reading her book and signing copies that are purchased in our Mini Mall. The book signing will take place immediately following the reading.

Recommended Parenting Book: On Becoming Babywise: Giving Your Infant the Gift of Nighttime Sleep Pediatrician, Dr. Robert Bucknam, M.D. along with co-author Gary Ezzo, demonstrate how order and stability are mutual allies of every newborn's metabolism and how parents can take advantage of these biological propensities. In particular, they note how an infant's body responds to the influences of parental routine or the lack thereof. For over 20 years, On Becoming Babywise has been the de facto newborn parenting manual for naturally synchronizing your baby's feeding time, wake time and nighttime sleep cycles, so the whole family can sleep through the night.
