AABC SHADOW DAY - JAN 30

AABC SHADOW DAY - JAN 30

Presented by All-American Boys Chorus, The at Unknown

The All American Boys Chorus invites boys 8, 9 and 10 years old to be “AABC Shadows” and experience what it’s like to be an AABC chorister! Shadow Day is free and will take place at AABC Headquarters at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa.

Shadow Day is the perfect opportunity for interested boys and parents to meet artistic director Wesley Martin and become part of the acclaimed AABC at an actual rehearsal.

Boys participating in “Shadow Day” will begin at 8:45 am with donuts/juice and an introduction to their AABC mentor (a member of the Concert Chorus). Then at 9:00 am they’ll kick off a fun slate of singing, music classes and recreation. Throughout the morning AABC parents and staff members will be on hand to meet with parents of boys who are participating in Shadow Day to answer questions and provide information.

The AABC provides a world-acclaimed music and performing arts curriculum that educates, motivates and builds character in boys through unparalleled opportunities or performance, leadership, travel and community service. Recent performances include a national ABC-TV broadcast celebrating 50 years of "A Charlie Brown Christmas" in which AABC choristers performed with Sarah MacLaughlin and The Pentatonix; a collaboration with noted jazz pianist and composer David Benoit on Mr. Benoit's just released Christmas recording; and concert tours of the USA East Coast and Japan.

Shadow Day is free!
