The Newport Beach City Arts Commission presents an extraordinary collection of watercolors and sculptures at the Central Library in celebration of the 100th birthday of renowned California Scene painter, Joan Irving Brandt. The Centennial Celebration will include a special presentation on March 5 in the Central Library Friends Room with art expert Gordon McClelland, collector Gene Crain and daughters Joan Brandt Scarboro and Shelley Brandt Walker taking about Joan Irving Brandt’s life and work. The art of Joan Irving Brandt will be on exhibit at the Central Library from February 16 to March 31, 2016.
