Girl Scout's Week

Presented by Pretend City Children's Museum at Pretend City Children's Museum

Time: Field trips may be booked for the afternoon beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Specifically for: Girl Scouts – Daisy Troops

A Girl Scout is honest and fair, friendly and helpful, considerate and caring, courageous and strong, responsible, respectful and resourceful. What better way than to honor Girls Scouts Day than with a weeklong special offering on our Pretend City Field Trip offerings! This week only Scout troops who book an afternoon scout field trip will receive 5 free admissions to be utilized for extra chaperones. Pretend City offers a variety of field trips that help scouts learn new concepts surrounding scout law. Choose from one of the following:

Guided: Friendly & Helpful – Explore With Us!
Guided: Respect Myself & Others – Health & Wellness
Guided: Make the World a Better Place – Recycle City!
Guided: Making Choices (Financial Leaf) – $mart Citizens!
Self-Guided: Play Your Way
A special Pretend City patch may be purchased at $3.00/patch.

Play Partners: Each field trip has a specific play partner who will facilitate the field trip. Visit our website for more details.

Grown-up Tip: Getting your child involved in a group is a great way to foster their social skills. Being part of a group involves many subtle tasks including give-and-take and the ability to assert oneself at appropriate times. All of these skills are particularly important to your child’s success in the classroom setting.

RSVP: Reservations are required 3 weeks in advance. Please visit our website and read our Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
