APA’s Music Media and Entertainment Technology students produce the fourth edition of Playlist, a concert which showcases both current popular music and their original works.

In its first few years, the original compositions created by the students were mostly produced by Mr. Simmons, the MMET Media director. Over time, however, the MMET students have learned to record their songs with the guidance of their teachers. Through this production, the young musicians give their music presence permanence and make it available for commercial use beyond Playlist.

Intertwined with the music are short videos featuring footage of the original artist, interviews of the MMET songwriters and more, all filmed and tailored by the Media Team.
