Santa Ana College’s faculty members and professional artists Sandra de la Loza, Phil Marquez, Gina Osterloh, Juliana Rico and Angelica Vasquez will present a photo and video exhibit to mark the beginning of a year-long art showcase celebrating Santa Ana College’s 20th year at the Santora Building in the Downtown Santa Ana Artists Village.
The photography exhibit will include over 50 original pieces by Santa Ana College faculty artists ranging from mid-career to recent grad students. Santa Ana College, which is marking its 100th year, established the gallery in the Santora Building 20 years ago and will dedicate the next 12 months to showcasing a variety of exhibits from disciplines within the art department. Art historian and adjunct faculty member at Santa Ana College Heather Dale Walker is the exhibit’s guest curator.
