Foster Parent Q&A with Orangewood Foundation’s Youth Connected Program

Foster Parent Q&A with Orangewood Foundation’s Youth Connected Program

Presented by Orangewood Foundation at Online/Virtual Space

Orange County-based Orangewood Foundation is recruiting foster parents who are committed to building a relationship and guiding a student through their adolescence.  If you’ve ever considered becoming a foster parent, but are unsure what it involves, Orangewood is hosting an informational Facebook -  “ask me anything” session is to provide interested individuals and families with the opportunity to ask questions that they may have about the process of becoming a foster parent.

The goal of Orangewood Foundation’s Youth Connected Program is to provide a world-class education at the organization’s Samueli Academy in Santa Ana, stable living arrangements for foster youth via on-campus dorms in a “family style” setting, and foster parents to house and support teens on weekends, holidays, and any time in between.

If you’re interested in learning more about what it takes to become a foster parent, please tune in at https://www.facebook.com/orangewoodfoundation - a Facebook account is not required to join!  Visit https://orangewoodfoundation.org/ycp/ to learn more about the Youth Connected Program or call Jami DeChaney Sheridan – Director of Youth Connected Program – at 714.942.7475.
