Segerstrom Center for the Arts (SCFTA) invites you to our Wellness Workshop Dance Fitness Saturdays outdoors on the Argyros Plaza.

Dance with Dr. Jewel Jackson of African Soul International in this fun and high-energy class to explore African cultures, learn movements, and have an informative experience from one of UC Irvine’s own professors.

These dance-inspired workouts are for all ages and ability levels, no dance experience is required.
