Yale Strom is Artist in Residence in the Jewish Studies Program at San Diego State University and former professor at New York University. He is an award winning musician, author, filmmaker and scholar, Yale does so many things with such great skill and vision, he is in a league of his own.” Violinist, composer, filmmaker, writer, photographer and playwright Yale Strom is one of the world's leading scholar-ethnographer-artists of klezmer music and history of Klezmer’s influences on so many types of music from the 1950 to 2000 such as Jazz, Rock & Roll and Broadway.
