Join us as Segerstrom Center Arts Teach Artist LA Troupe presents their 45 minute adaptation of Julius Caesar.

In the L.A. Troupe’s 45 minute version of the play, there are no act breaks; the action flows quickly from one scene to the next.  But all of the following plot points are followed.

As the play opens, we see Shakespeare at his best. His swift exposition revealing the opposing forces are immediately introduced and dramatized through the relationships of Brutus and Cassius. Caesar is already a monarch – in all but name – and by the end of Act I, the tragic atmosphere is set.
