VSA Orange County's Small Paintings Project walks students through the exploration and discovery of the 7 elements of art.

Free 2-day arts workshop, students ages 8-12 on the Autism Spectrum will participate in mini art lessons covering line, shape, form, space, color value, and texture.

Create unique piece to be scaled down to a small canvas painting.

Students leave with a personal portfolio of their creations.

This workshop is led by two retired, credentialed Special Education Teaching Artists, Marianna Kovacs and Carrie McNeely. This program is provided under a contract with the J. F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts
