Sherman Library & Gardens invites you to our new Shape-Up Summer Slimming Class outdoors in the garden.

A weekly outdoor Abs and Booty class on Mondays followed by “Happy Hour” social time sponsored by Sejuiced.

Classes are for all ages and taught by Shape-Up Health Club certified instructors.

Please bring your own mat, towel, and water. Pre-registration required.
