Sherman Library & Gardens has joined Museums for All, a signature access program of the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), administered by the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM), to encourage people of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum-going habits.

The program is designed to increase access for families participating in the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), the federal food assistance program for low-income residents.

In addition to the Museums for All program we also offer free admission to families who would like to join us for Little Seedlings Story Time held every Friday in the Central Garden at 10 am.

We will waive the price of admission for up to four people, with the presentation of a SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card.
