Pacific Symphony and Newport Beach Film Fest present the West Coast Premiere of “The Sound of Us” on October 26.

This documentary film is part of the 22nd Annual Newport Beach Film Fest, taking place from October 21-28.

During this critical time in history, music gives sound to hope and courage, allows us to grieve and be honest, and is the great, universal language that unites us all. Filmed over the course of two months and across five countries in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic, this film weaves inspiring stories about the beauty and goodness of music with interviews and performances by artists such as Ben Folds, Sarah McLachlan, the Preservation Jazz Band, Hiromi, Patti Smith and more.
