Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) presents our Visionaries Lecture Series.
Currently, lectures will be via Zoom. We hope to offer hybrid lectures when it is safer to meet.
Winter 2022 Session: Beaded, Woven, and Fired - Craft in Modern and Contemporary Art. We will explore the diverse world of the handmade in modern and contemporary art. Historically undervalued in comparison to painting and sculpture, craft is largely marginalized for its utilitarian nature and oft communal creation.
