VSA Orange County and the Orange County Department of Education present the 46th Annual VSA Festival showcasing the artistic accomplishments of people with disabilities. Located at Main Place Mall in Santa Ana, the Festival features day-long performances, an art exhibit featuring artwork by people with disabilities, an arts and disability resource fair, a mall-wide scavenger hunt, a collaborative art mural, and the Small Paintings Project workshop.

Opening Ceremonies begin at 11:00 a.m. with day-long performances and workshops to follow from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. All the festivities at the staging area will include ASL interpretation.
