An Awakening at The Gallery

An Awakening at The Gallery

Presented by Pamela Peak Productions at Randy Higbee Gallery

Presented by Emmy-Nominated Producer/Director Pamela Peak and Producer Rick Doty.

Join us at The Randy Higbee Gallery for this amazing show is mysterious, touching, it's daring and fun.   And if you've ever seen a Spoon River show before . . . this one is different, and it ends on a really high note.  A very special event featuring Disneyland vocal star, Connor Smith.

What is Spoon River?
Spoon River is a semi-fictional mid-western town in 1915. The play is based on the fabulous works of writer Edgar Lee Masters, who wrote free-form poems that are performed brilliantly by The On Impulse Actors, as they bring the people of this small mid-western town to life - telling their life's stories from beyond the grave.  When Edgar Lee Masters wrote their stories, they were banned for 60 years in this small Midwestern town.

Their stories will leave you laughing, crying and even questioning profound things about life itself! And the music and dance that compliments them is spectacular! And given the sad times we live in.
