The Orange Coast College (OCC) Dance Department is pleased to invite you to our 12th Annual World Dance Celebration, a concert featuring cultures from around the world. Directed by OCC instructor, Angelika Nemeth, this unique show highlights dance, music, costumes and storytelling from around the world. Professional artists and dance companies as well as advanced students from the World Dance program at OCC will be performing. Past performances have showcased China, Egypt, Hawaii, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Lebanon, Mexico, Scotland, Spain, Tahiti, and West Africa.
