Caribbean Summer Festival free at Bowers Museum.

Do you limbo? Do you salsa? You will when you hear the sounds of Upstream’s steel drums and the Latin beat of Los Cuates. Don’t salsa, don’t limbo? We’ll have the teachers to show you how.  Caribbean Joy will wow you with their high energy dancing.

Event Schedule 11 am - 3 pm
Art Project: Sand Painting and Tie-dye Textile Art
Face Painting
Food Tasting: Tropical Fruit Frozen Bars

12 pm Los Cuates play Salsa, Cumbia, and Merengue, with a special dance lesson by dance master, Luis Aragon

1 pm Caribbean Joy, Island Dances

1:30 pm Upstream, play Reggae, Soca, and Caribbean on steel drums
